Closure of St Cross Road

St Cross Road in Winchester is closed for around ten weeks from Monday 4th January.
The closure is due to works affecting the bridge over the railway, near Bushfield Roundabout.
During the closure, Velvet E2 will be diverted and will run in a loop round Winchester. From Bushfield Roundabout the route will be via Badger Farm Road, Romsey Road, Stanmore Lane and St Cross Road to the city centre, returning directly via Romsey Road and Badger Farm Road to serve the Hospital.
The E2 will not serve the Bus Station or St Georges Street during the closure. City Centre passengers can use stops outside the Library in Jewry Street or at the Rail Station.
